Most of your students may not know one resort/ hotel from the other unless you book the Disney Resort but just getting a building without scouting the location is a deal breaker. It can be a great way to advertise your prom and help raise ticket sales. If you just say where the prom is but don’t have the visuals to back it up then you aren’t appealing to your buyers decision making process.
Find a location that really benefits you and your students. At FireflyEPE we offer a free service to go and review any hotel in the Tampa Bay area. We help teachers that are restricted by time and other duties to get their needs met to increase sales. If you aren’t scouting your locations for your specific needs then you are hurting your ability to increase sales. Bottom line, you are simply relying on the error in #4 to get your to your goal. Once you miss your goal then there are other places to lay blame besides yourself.
