Copyright and Usage Agreement

1. All images captured by the staff and representatives of Modern Photography Group, LLC and its DBAs, which include the DBA’s Pierce Brunson Photography, and Firefly Event Photography, Modern Performer Photography, Modern Tassel Photography, are for the private use of the individual in the picture or their immediate family members.
2. No images captured by Modern Photography Group, LLC and its services, which include the DBA’s Pierce Brunson Photography, Firefly Event Photography, Modern Performer Photography, Modern Tassel Photography, and its employees or affiliates can be used in any publication (print, video, online).
3. Only the person in the images is allowed to download the image. Downloading other people’s images without the permission of Modern Photography Group, LLC and its DBA’s Pierce Brunson Photography, Firefly Event Photography, Modern Performer Photography, Modern Tassel Photography and Pierce Brunson is a violation of our usage agreement and a copyright violation.
4. All images captured by Modern Photography Group, LLC and its DBA’s Pierce Brunson Photography, Firefly Event Photography, Modern Performer Photography, Modern Tassel Photography are owned by Pierce Brunson and Modern Photography Group, LLC and may be subject for use in promotions for any/ all company related needs.
5. No images are to be reprinted in any publication (print, video or online) without the written permission of the owner of Modern Photography Group, LLC or Pierce Brunson. If written permission is granted a full unedited manuscript copy of the entire publication must be submitted to Pierce Brunson and Modern Photography Group, LLC within 15 days before use, post, or publish.
6. No image captured by Modern Photography Group, LLC and DBA’s Pierce Brunson Photography, Firefly Event Photography, Modern Performer Photography, Modern Tassel Photography can be changed or doctored in any way.
7. Images captured by Modern Photography Group, LLC and its DBA’s Pierce Brunson Photography, Firefly Event Photography, Modern Performer Photography, Modern Tassel Photography can not be used in a way that we deem offensive which includes race, political, religious, or sexual preferences/ orientation.
8. No tags may be attached to images unless it is the person in the image or Firefly Event Photography and/ or Modern Photography Group.
9. No cropping of images. And no cropping out or removing any affiliated logo placed in/ on the images by Modern Photography Group, LLC.

PERMISSION TO PRINT:

Pierce Brunson, Owner of Modern Photography Group, LLC, gives limited rights to the individual in the image and immediate family member or legal guardian the right to print our images at any location.  This includes but not limited to Snapfish, Nations Photo Lab, Mpix, Shutterfly, Target, Zebra Color, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Winn Dixie and any other business that needs print permission in writing.
