Counteroffer Special

If your school is interested in working with Firefly Event Photography but our prices may be a bit out of your budget this is an opportunity for you to provide what you are willing to spend for our services.

This Counteroffer Special is only for prom, homecoming, or school dance events. This is not for any portrait or sports. Our goal is to work with as many schools as possible but we aren’t mind readers. This gives you the opportunity to let us know our cost value to your school population.

The Counteroffer Special is only for the following:

• One Backdrop Only Special priced at $1750 for 3:45 hours of unlimited photography. No additional services can be added to this offer. Flyer was sent out and posted on FB.
• You are countering the $1750
• Includes unlimited images, sharing, and downloading of image files.
• DOES NOT include custom themed (special order) backdrop for your event. You may choose from the backdrops we have in stock. If they fit your theme, cool. You can use it. We have many options to pick from. Please see our samples on our IG acct @fireflyeventphotography. We can provide samples as needed.
• Your counteroffer is NOT a binding contract. It gives us an opportunity to work within your budget or not. Once we see where your budget stands we will let you know if we can proceed with the next steps of working together at your event.
• We will not counter your counteroffer. We will let you know if your budget works for the services we provide. All offers will be looked at but not all will be accepted.
• You can not counter your counteroffer.
• If we accept your offer we will not dilute our services. You will get the same services provided (except for custom ordered backdrop).
• Must have a date, time, and location set. This helps us with scheduling.

• A contract will still need to be signed in order for this offer to be binding. Nothing is official until that happens.

NOTE: Firefly does not sell to individuals. Prices delivered in our quote will be calculated as entire team for per person rates or the flat rate for events. By using Firefly you save your students and parents money when compared to an individual student purchase of comparable product.
